Mission Belle: 124 yellowfin for 31 anglers out of Point Loma

Point Loma Sportfishing’s Mission Belle closed a full-day trip on Sept. 23, 2026, with 124 yellowfin tuna, 10 dorado, and 3 skipjack for 31 anglers. That count is from the landing’s Wednesday afternoon update on San Diego Fish Reports.

The same note listed the boat’s next open-party availability as Monday, Sept. 28.

A private charter on the Daily Double, run for the Wounded Warriors group, also came back with 32 passengers: 3 barracuda, 28 calico bass plus 100 calico bass caught and released, 8 sand bass, 35 bonito, 7 whitefish, 4 sculpin, and 2 sheephead. Staff called Thursday morning’s half-day on the Double a definite go.
