LA Waterfront Wednesday: Sport King’s 102 bullet tuna and 53 yellowfin

LA Waterfront Cruises and Sportfishing’s San Pedro dock on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026, was a one-boat offshore day with a heavy bullet-tuna count. SoCal Fish Reports lists Sport King’s three-quarter day for 35 anglers, as of 2:30 p.m. The boat — and the landing total — was 102 bullet tuna, 53 yellowfin tuna, 38 bonito, 27 yellowtail, 18 whitefish, 9 sheephead, 6 skipjack tuna, 4 calico bass, 4 opaleye, and 1 dorado.

That mix puts San Pedro on the same late-September tuna-and-bonito pattern showing from Newport to San Diego, with yellowtail still in the bag. This is Wednesday’s LA Waterfront sheet only.
