Missouri’s Adam Boehle wins Grand Lake BFL finale with 32-13

Adam Boehle of Warrenton, Missouri, won the Phoenix Bass Fishing League Okie Division finale on Grand Lake. The two-day total, reported out of Grove, Oklahoma, on Sept. 28, 2026, was 10 bass for 32 pounds, 13 ounces. The paycheck was $13,100, including a $7,000 Phoenix bonus. It was the fifth and last qualifier for the division, hosted by the City of Grove.
Boehle led after Day 1 with 18-1 despite trolling-motor battery trouble that left him starting Saturday around 10% charge. He caught keepers on a jig from Wolf Creek Park to the dam in 2 to 20 feet around docks, brush, and rocks, then added a topwater fish early on Day 2 before going back to the jig. Lane Stephens of Owasso was second at 31-15. Cade Smith of McAlester took Berkley Big Bass boater with a 6-2 worth $300. Trenton Underwood of Pocola won Okie Division Angler of the Year with 1,290 points.
Thad Hewitt of Delaware, Oklahoma, won the co-angler division with six bass for 19 pounds, 15 ounces and $3,300, and also locked up co-angler AOY with 1,322 points. Qualifiers head to the Oct. 15–17 BFL Regional on Kentucky-Barkley Lake in Calvert City, Kentucky.
